Satisfaction
We want your complete satisfaction. We want your business again and that of your friends. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. We only ask that you return the item(s) in new condition and in its original packaging so that it is received back to us in good sellable condition. Failure to package properly may result in denial of claim. All requests for return of goods and/or credits must have an RMA authorization #. The RMA form can be printed below by clicking on the RMA FORM link below this paragraph or you can have the form faxed or emailed to you, please return within 3 days of receipt and then the sales rep can contact you about resolution and assign an RMA Authorization # to your claim. Refunds will be applied to your Mills Floral Company account for use towards future orders. Refunds on Net 30 accounts will be applied to the original invoice or put on account to be used toward future orders. Any refunds to a credit card will require authorization. Onlyitems listed on original RMA form will be considered for credit /exchange please do not send items that have not been authorized. The original RMA Authorization form must accompany returned goods. Mills Floral Company will accept responsibility for incorrect shipments; however where customers return acceptable product for which they ordered, Mills Floral Company reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of 20%. Refunds applied will be for product, excluding shipping charges.
RMA FORM
Minimum Orders
Our minimum order is just $100.00 for new customers and any reorders. A $15.00 handling fee will be applied to all transactions under $100.00. If a backorder is less than $75.00, it will be cancelled. Rush orders have a $15.00 fee.
Rush Deliveries
Rush deliveries will be done within 24-48 hours, and sooner if possible. All rush orders will be charged a $15.00 handling fee.

Shipping

About Us
The story of Mills Floral Company mirrors the basic American belief that hard work and a little luck will take you as far as your dreams will allow. Linda and Phil Mills started Mills Floral Company in the basement of their Duluth, GA, home almost 21 years ago.
In the beginning, they specialized in dried and preserved florals and unusual botanicals. And, while those products are still basic to the Mills Floral product mix, the company has expanded into artificial florals and pre-made arrangements. The company is among the fastest growing floral and home accessory suppliers in the United States.
In the early days, dating back to 1978, they waded in farm ponds for lotus pods and made their own grapevine wreaths. They spent long hours making items to sell at local craft fairs. By the fall of 1987, they decided to try craft shows on a full-time basis. The result was a back-breaking schedule of 42 craft shows in 1988 - often two on the same weekend.
Over and over again they heard exhibitors talk about the difficulty of finding quality dried flowers. High minimum orders, long shipping delays and poor quality products were the norm in many areas of the country, not the exception.
So in the summer of 1988, they tried selling a few dried flowers on a wholesale basis. The future was set. The company was incorporated in 1989 and they moved out of their basement into a small warehouse. Then in 1993, they moved into their current office/warehouse facility.
With minimum orders set at only $100.00 (they started at $30.00), customers even today can still can buy one bunch or several cases of most items. Every effort is made to ship orders within 24 to 48 hours. The combination of low minimums, fast shipping and quality service has resulted in tremendous growth.
Today, the company exhibits in gift and trade shows in Atlanta and New York, other major cities. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the internet, email or fax. Products are shipped worldwide.
By the summer of 1996, market demand led them to add a full line of finished floral designs and arrangements. More than 600 different items are now available from this family-owned and operated company.
For almost 21 years, Mills Floral Company has built a strong and loyal customer base from among crafters, gift shops, florists, interior designers, potpourri and candle manufacturers, catalog companies, large chain stores and many others.
And, today this company is still owned by the same two people who have never forgotten those long basement days (nights).
